Recognition

Each year, the Rotary Club of Roseville recognizes the exceptional teachers, police officers, firefighters and civic leaders in our community for their service with a special awards ceremony.

Youth Programs – Emphasizing programs that provide youth with life skills and experiences as well as safe opportunities for personal growth, the Rotary Club of Roseville annually funds the following:

• Rotary Youth Exchange – A classic student exchange program where funding is provided to support a local youth for a year abroad, and host a foreign student here in Roseville with a host family.
• Rotary Youth Leadership Award – Two local Roseville students are sponsored to attend a week-long, life changing summer leadership camp where they participate with other students from throughout the Greater Sacramento area and discover who they are and what they can be.
• Interact Clubs – The Rotary Club of Roseville annually funds local high school service clubs.
• Scholarship and Speech Contest Programs – College money is awarded for the top high school students and speakers in Roseville.
